Document list for Bihar Polytechnic Document Verification 2024:

1. Original Documents:
   • Admit Card, Marksheet, and Original or Provisional Certificate of Matriculation or equivalent examination.
   • Caste Certificate.
   • Residential Certificate.
   • Character Certificate.
   • Any other relevant certificates.
2. Aadhar Card Copy.
3. Photographs:
   • Six passport-sized photos identical to the one on the DECECE-2024 Admit Card.
4. DECECE-2024 Admit Card (Original).
5. DECECE-2024 Rank Card.
6. Copy of Choice Slip after registration and online counseling choice filling.
7. Online Application Form:
   • Printout of both Part-A and Part-B of the DECECE-2024 filled application (hard copy).
8. Provisional Allotment Order:
   • Three copies of the downloaded provisional allotment order.
9. Verification Documents:
   • Two copies of the downloaded verification slip along with one copy of the biometric form (mandatory for the interview or document verification).

How To Apply For Bihar Polytechnic Counselling 2024

• Candidates click on the “DCECE-2024 Online Counseling Portal” for the Choice Filling and Counseling process. To proceed with new registration and choice submission for Counseling, select the “New Registration” link and provide the necessary details on the screen.
• After registering, candidates can log in using their User ID and Password to choose as many Institutes and Trades as they prefer. They can modify these choices until the deadline. According to the schedule, if candidates are satisfied with their choices, they should lock them. If they wish to make changes after locking, they can use the “Unlock Choices” option, authenticate with their registered mobile number, and verify using the OTP sent to their email. Choices can be updated until the final date. Afterward, candidates must re-lock their choices. If they do not lock their choices by the deadline, their selections will automatically lock. No further changes will be allowed. Candidates should print and save a copy of their choices for future reference.

Note: The entire process of Registration, Choice Locking, and Unlocking is done via OTP verification, sent to the registered mobile number and email. Registered mobile numbers and emails cannot be changed under any circumstances.

The registration and choice filling process is a one-time procedure. Therefore, candidates who fail to register or fill in their choices during the first round will not be allowed to do so in the subsequent rounds.
